Ordering and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Your Divina is made for you. Allow 4 to 6 weeks from your order. For lacquered versions in a RAL colour, we agree the delivery time in the quote.
Which countries do you deliver to?
To all 27 countries of the European Union.
How much is shipping?
You will see the shipping cost for your country in the cart, before you pay.
Do I need to assemble the chair?
No. The Divina is moulded in one piece and arrives ready to use.
How can I pay?
You pay securely at checkout, using the payment methods shown there for your country. Prices include VAT.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive the chair. Let us know within that period at mail@felicerossi.it and we will send you the return instructions. You will receive the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days.
Does that also apply to custom orders?
No. A Divina lacquered in a RAL colour of your choice is made especially for you, so the right of withdrawal does not apply.
The Divina
Can the Divina stay outdoors?
The LDPE version can: the material is UV-stabilised and resistant to changes in temperature. Unsure about another version? Just ask us.
Won't it blow over?
A sealable opening underneath lets you weigh the chair down, for example with sand. That keeps it in place even on a windy terrace.
How do I look after the Divina?
With water and a mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Can I order a custom colour or a larger quantity?
Yes. Lacquered in any RAL colour, or several chairs for a project: request a quote.
